Det lille grønttorv (The little green square) you can find seasonal organic and bio-dynamic vegetables from the best Danish producers, as well as cheese, coffee, flour, beer, wine, cider and other high-quality products – and most of it is of course organic. Every Saturday you can buy veggies from the Little Green Square on the farmers market at St. Jakob’s square from 10:00-15:00.
Every Wednesday is a “soup day” – we make a pot of seasonal vegetables to eat on site or to take home. On Fridays we have Friday bar, and the first Friday every month, the Friday bar is turned into “Aperitivo”: You get a little vegetable snack for your beer or cider.
